At WillowAce, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality alpaca socks on the market. That's why we offer a 1,000 day warranty on our socks. If you wear a hole in them during that time, we will replace them.

While our socks are designed to be durable and long-lasting, there are a few things that are not covered under our warranty. We are not able to cover socks that are damaged/chewed on by pets, damaged by the washer/dryer, or burned. Additionally, socks cut by scissors/knife or lost/stolen are not eligible for replacement under our warranty.

WillowAce socks last a very long time for most people, rarely some people wear through socks quickly/aggressively and WillowAce reserves the right to refund 20% of the purchase price instead of offering a replacement in situations it feels are appropriate. This small safeguard stops the handful of extreme cases from draining the system and keeps the long guarantee viable for everyone else. This has happened on less than 1% of WillowAce orders, so it's quite unlikely.

With all that said, we understand that accidents happen, and we encourage you to contact us if you believe that your socks are eligible for replacement under our warranty. All claims made in good faith will be considered.

Please note that socks purchased second handed are not covered by our warranty.
