At WillowAce, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality alpaca socks on the market. That's why we offer a 1,000 day warranty on all of our socks. If you wear a hole in them during that time, we will replace them free of charge.

While our socks are designed to be durable and long-lasting, there are a few things that are not covered under our warranty. We are not able to cover socks that are damaged/chewed on by pets, damaged by the washer/dryer, or burned. Additionally, socks cut by scissors/knife or lost/stolen are not eligible for replacement under our warranty.

With all that said, we understand that accidents happen, and we encourage you to contact us if you believe that your socks are eligible for replacement under our warranty. All claims made in good faith will be considered.

Please note that socks purchased secondhanded are not covered by our warranty.
