At WillowAce, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality alpaca socks on the market. That's why we offer a lifetime warranty on all of our socks. If you wear a hole in them, we will replace them free of charge.

While our socks are designed to be durable and long-lasting, there are a few things that are not covered under our warranty. These include socks that are lost or damaged due to accidents like disappearing in the dryer or being chewed on by pets. Additionally, socks that are damaged by getting to close to the campfire or by theft are not eligible for replacement under our warranty.

We understand that accidents happen, and we encourage you to contact us if you believe that your socks are eligible for replacement under our warranty. All claims made in good faith will be considered.

Please note that socks purchased as seconds or irregulars are not covered by our warranty.
